Lanolin

Description

Lanolin Anhydrous USP Grade is a natural, high quality purified lanolin derived from the wool of sheep.

It comes in an easy to use 4 oz plastic blue tub with a silver screw-on lid. Item measured by weight, not volume.

Lanolin is an ingredient that can be used alone or with others. It is excellent for use on dry chapped skin. Lanolin provides a protective barrier and helps hold moisture in. It is a key ingredient in many chapsticks and lotions (I use it in mine).

Lanolin is commonly used by nursing mothers to soothe chapped nipples.

Lanolin is also great for soothing rashes and minor burns even on the most delicate of skin.

When my kids were in diapers, I also used it as a waterproofing wax on wool diaper covers to minimize leaks.
